This is a fine print reproduction of a rare 1930s, poster promoting domestic travel by Americans to Washington D.C..
The illustration presents a bird's-eye view the National Mall in Washington D.C. with the Lincoln Memorial in the foreground and the Washington Monument and the U.S. Capitol Building in the background. While some museums are present in this illustration, the work predates the WWII Memorial, which now sits at the east end of the Reflecting Pool. "TRAVEL BY TRAIN" appears at the bottom in all capital yellow letters as it was still the most widely utilized method of travel, prior to the age of commercial aviation.
