This is a fine print reproduction of a stunning vintage poster promoting wildlife preservation through the National Parks. The illustration shows a pair of bighorn sheep perched atop a rocky cliff, overlooking a mountain lake at sunset.
The poster was produced by the Works Progress Administration Federal Art Project. The initiative was created as an economic relief measure, part of F.D.R's New Deal, to employ artists and artisans to create murals, easel paintings, sculpture, graphic art, posters, photographs, etc.
